E.A. Sween Company posts job openings on our website at or Visit the “Careers” and “Job Opportunities” pages to search for current job opportunities. You can search by state or a specific requisition number.

What if there are no jobs posted in my area?

We only accept resumes and applications when we have specific job openings. Feel free to check back often to our website for the most current list of job opportunities.

How can I apply for a sales, driving or office job with your company?

In order to treat all applicants fairly, we require all candidates to apply online at or Visit the “Careers” and “Job Opportunities” pages to search for current job opportunities by state or requisition number. Click the “job title” of the position you are interested in and then click “Apply” to build a profile and complete the online application.

Can I drop off, mail or fax my resume to you?

No. Due to our applicant tracking requirements, all applicants for non-production positions must submit resumes and applications online.

How can I apply for a production assembly job with your company?

Only Production and Sanitation candidates may apply in person at our office at 16101 West 78th Street, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. We are the brick building on the southwest corner of Highway 5 and Fuller Road.

Due to the volume of applications we receive, it is our policy not to give contact information to external applicants. If, after you apply, it is determined that you match our hiring needs, you will be contacted directly for an interview.

You do not need to call or email us to confirm that we received your application or resume. You will be notified by email that your information was successfully submitted.

What happens to my application after it is submitted?

After you submit your resume or application, it is forwarded to Human Resources. We will review your qualifications against the position requirements and notify you of any status changes via email.

  • Our typical selection process is as follows:
  • Accept applications for a minimum of 6 days
  • Notify you (via email) when we have received your resume
  • Screen applicants in date order in which received
  • Forward qualified applications to Hiring Manager
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews
  • Make conditional offer to best candidate
  • Conduct MVR, background, reference checks and drug tests
  • Confirm final job offer
  • Notify all candidates when the position is filled

When will I be notified?

The hiring process and timeframes vary by location. You will be contacted if you are selected for an interview or notified when the position has been filled. It can take up to one month during this process.

How long will jobs be posted?

Jobs are posted until filled. Candidates are considered in the order in which received.
